Highly effective filter equipment - with economics and working environment in focus

To meet future demands on working environment, flexibility and productivity in the engineering industry, Absolent AB has developed effective filter equipment that is now sold all over the world.

Absolent filters offer a high degree of separation, long service intervals of up to several years, and can run continuously 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a minimum of maintenance. The long life span of the filter enables customers to minimize production down time and other costs, such as filter replacement.

Personnel, machines and premises are purified of problematic oil smoke and oil mist. This is good both for the working environment and from a financial point of view.

Textron Fastening Systems manufactures cold forged screws & fasteners for automotive industry. For the past five years, they have tried electrostatic precipitators, centrifugal mist collectors w/DOP safety filters, and media filters with no success to collect oil smoke & mist generated by National Cold Headers & Bolt Makers.

Two years ago Joe Church, plant engineer, agreed to demo an Absolent ODR 2000 and quickly realized a reduction in maintenance and filter changes. That is also one of the reasons Textron Fastening Systems Inc. selected Absolent as their preferred vendor!

Currently there are seven Absolent ODR 2000 and two Absolent ODR 3000 models in operation.
Filter life has exceeded 20-months on the majority of collectors at this installation.
