The polluted air is transported from the machine to the filter, where it is purified to a degree of 99,99% separation size 0,3 µm particles. The air can then be led through a heat exchanger or released back into the factory area. The first ODR 3000 was installed in Feb 2001 and the second was installed in Nov 2001.
